The EV6 has an ARAI-claimed range of up to 708km and it is compatible with 350kW DC fast chargers. Kia has only one electric vehicle available in India which is the EV6, company is working on mass market for electric vehicles which will available till 2025. Kia also worked on charging infrastructure in which they installed 150Kw at Gurugram and 240kW at Kochi’s dealership. The EV6 is based on the Hyundai Group’s e-GMP platform that also underpins the upcoming Hyundai Ioniq 5 crossover, its future rival.
