Mahindra XUV 300, safest suv in India
To compete with all that sub4 meters, Mahindra recently launched its suv, xuv 300 in India. This xuv 300 gets 16 variants with 3 engine options- 1.5 litre Diesel engine that produces 115 bhp of power with 3750RPM and 300 NM
of torque with 1500RPM, 1.2 litre Petrol engine that produces 109 bhp of power with 5000RPM and 200 NM with 2000RPM. We also gets automatic and manual transmission options, today we are reviewing the 1.2W8(O) AMT variant of XUV 300.
This petrol engine gives us 17KMPL claimed average fuel economy, which is totally depends on your driving style. That 6 speed AMT gearbox pulls it 0 to 100 KMPH in 13 seconds, but looking to its rivals we need at least a TC.
The length of XUV300 is 3995 mm, width is 1821 mm, height is 1627 mm. Wheelbase is 2600 mm, which is good and makes more space, 17 inch alloy and 180 mm of ground clearance makes the XUV300 taller and abides bad terrain also.
At front we get to see small chrome grill with wide bumper and also Mahindra’s chrome logo, headlights gets the projectors and a big led drls with front parking sensors.
After looking front you realised that the XUV300 is baby suv, at first look that dual tone wheels attracts you. To get aggressive looks XUV300 comes with lots of cuts in its body, rear tailgate gets the reverse
parking camera and parking sensors . Brake lights gets led’s but others gets halogen, in higher variants we also gets rear wiper washer
with defogger also. Design of the vehicle grows with you like time passes, otherwise exterior
of Xuv300 is sporty. Inside the Xuv we get dual tone interior with black dashboard, sometimes this dashboard reminds you some Mahindra car. Dashboard gets small 7 inch touchscreen infotainment system with
android auto and apple car play, this infotainment gets radio, media, navigation, driving data, car information and more. Below this screen we get to see air conditioning control and also switches to control that 4 inch multi information display.
Centre console gets gear liver with two cup holders, below the front centre armrest we get some amount of space.
The steering gets mounted controls which adjust volume, calls and media. The instrument cluster feels dated with small TFT screen which shows
tire direction, vehicle information, fuel economy and other engine data. The second row gets good amount of knee room and head room,
to get airy felling there is also electric sunroof. Because of the three height adjustable rear headrest and long wheelbase three people can seat comfortable.
This baby is loaded with lots of features like, electric sunroof with anti pinch, engine start stop button, steering mounted phone and audio control,
smart dual zone climate control (1st in the segment), auto dimming irvm, powered foldable orvm with led indicators, sunglass holder, automatic wipers and automatic headlamps and more.
Now this Xuv300 also gets Mahindra’s blue sense, which is connected service by Mahindra. In this Blue sense we get vehicle lock unlock by mobile app, live vehicle tracking and sharing,

This suv comes with 7 airbags, ABS and EBD, brake assist, ESP, hill hold control, traction control, front parking sensors (1st in the segment),
