Mercedes-Benz has introduced the facelifted Maybach GLS 600 in India, starting at Rs 3.35 crore (ex-showroom). The updated Mercedes Maybach GLS 600 model features subtle exterior changes, including a signature grille with chrome-finished vertical slats, updated LED headlights and taillights, revised front and rear bumpers, a updated engine and new 22-inch multi-spoke alloy wheels.

What’s Inside Of Mercedes Benz Maybach GLS 600 –
Inside, the new Mercedes Maybach GLS 600 offered with a Burmester surround sound system, a 360-degree camera, and an acoustic comfort package. It also features a redesigned steering wheel and a center console extending to the second row. Moreover, the SUV includes an integrated fridge with champagne flutes, rear infotainment screens, parking assist, a Level 2 ADAS suite, and the latest MBUX system.
For those seeking further customization, the brand offers numerous options through its Manufaktur program, allowing customers to tailor their vehicles to their personal tastes. The GLS 600 features luxurious Nappa leather upholstery available in black or a dual-tone combination of mahogany brown and macchiato beige. The dashboard is elegantly finished in either brown open-pore walnut wood trim or anthracite open-pore oak wood trim.


Mercedes Benz Maybach GLS 600 Powertrain –
Under the hood, the GLS 600 is equipped with a powerful 4.0-litre, twin-turbocharged V8 engine sourced from AMG. This engine generates 557hp and 770Nm of peak torque, with an additional 40Nm compared to the previous version. Paired with a 9-speed automatic transmission, the power is delivered to all four wheels through the 4Matic system. Additionally, it has a 48V integrated starter generator that provides an extra boost of 22hp and 250Nm.
Mercedes claims the GLS 600 can accelerate from 0 to 100kph in just 4.9 seconds and reach a top speed of 250kph. There’s an option of fully active suspension which will improve the ride quality and also has exclusive Maybach drive mode for added convenience.
