Hyundai is set to introduce a facelift for the Alcazar, and recent spy shots have provided new insights into its updated design. The latest images reveal that the Hyundai Alcazar will feature unique LED daytime running lamps. Additionally, the grille is slightly larger and sports horizontal slats, giving it a fresh look. The main headlamp unit, which is vertically stacked, appears to be similar to the current model.
New Alcazar Facelift Features and Tech –
Additionally, the Alcazar facelift will sport new dual-tone alloy wheels, enhancing the SUV’s stance. At the rear, it is expected to feature a revised profile with tweaked LED taillights that have a connected design. In terms of features, the Alcazar facelift is likely to be equipped with 360-degree surround camera, ventilated front seats, twin 10.25-inch displays for the infotainment and instrument panel, level 2 ADAS suite, dual-zone climate control, a panoramic sunroof, and electrically adjustable driver seats.
Alcazar Facelift Powertrain and Rivals –
Mechanically, Hyundai is not expected to alter the powertrain options for the Alcazar facelift. The SUV will continue to be powered by the familiar 1.5-litre petrol and diesel engines. These engines will be paired with a range of transmission options, including a six-speed manual, a torque converter automatic, and a DCT gearbox. The Hyundai Alcazar is anticipated to launch in India in the festive season this year. Updated Alcazar will compete with Mahindra XUV700, Tata Safari, Kia Carens, Tata Harrier.
