Freshly surfaced spy images showcase the i20 N Line facelift undergoing testing in India, marking its debut appearance on the Indian roads. Earlier spy shots had already unveiled the facelifted iteration of the standard variant of this premium hatchback. The recently surfaced spy images showcase the partially camouflaged Hyundai i20 N Line facelift, with the front and rear profile concealed, indicating significant changes in those areas. Notably, the images reveal two distinct sets of wheels—a dual-tone alloy design for the N Line variant and steel wheels with new covers for the lower variants. Moreover, the N Line model is expected to feature eye-catching red brake calipers at the front.
The i20 facelift, which was unveiled last month, provides a glimpse into the anticipated updates for the refreshed model. The front of the facelifted i20 showcases a modified bumper with triangular inserts, a redesigned grille, and a repositioned logo placed above the grille on the lower bonnet section. Moving to the rear, the MY2023 version exhibits a revised bumper and a silver-finished new diffuser. These enhancements are likely to carry over to the N Line variant as well. The international version of the i20 facelift retains most of the design elements from the current generation model, with the primary addition being an ADAS suite. However, it already boasts a range of features including BlueLink connectivity, cruise control, six airbags, automatic climate control, an electric sunroof, a height-adjustable driver seat, TPMS, and a 10.25-inch fully digital instrument cluster. The N Line variant is likely to retain its distinct elements from the current version of the i20. Under the hood, the upcoming 120 N-Line facelift is likely to continue with the 1.0-litre turbo-petrol mill producing 118bhp and 172Nm of torque. Transmission options currently include an iMT unit and a seven-speed DCT unit.
