Mahindra is set to launch the exclusive ‘Blaze Edition’ of its XUV700 SUV. This special edition model will likely have a limited production run of 2,500 units and offers a distinct matte red paint finish, complemented by various blacked-out accents. Pricing for the Mahindra XUV700 Blaze Edition is expected to start at Rs. 24.24 lakh (ex-showroom, India).
The unique matte red paint finish provides a striking and fresh look to the SUV, setting it apart from other vehicles on Indian roads. The bold colour is paired with blacked-out details such as the roof, wing mirrors, grille, alloy wheels, and A, B, and C-pillars, creating a sleek and sophisticated appearance. Additionally, Blaze Edition badges on the tailgate and front fenders enhance the exclusivity of this special edition XUV700.
The XUV700 Blaze Edition features a stylish all-black interior with striking red stitching on the upholstery and red accents on the AC vents and center console. This special edition is built on the top-spec AX7 L trim, ensuring a fully-equipped experience with all the premium features the XUV700 offers.
The Mahindra XUV700 Blaze Edition is available exclusively in a seven-seat configuration and offers three different engine choices. The petrol variant is paired with an automatic gearbox, while the diesel variant is available with both manual and automatic transmission options. The 2.0-litre turbo-petrol engine generates 200hp and 380Nm of torque, whereas the 2.2-litre turbo-diesel engine delivers 185hp and 420Nm of torque (450Nm with the automatic transmission). However, the diesel AWD variants are not included in the Blaze Edition lineup.
