The Mahindra XUV700 has reached a remarkable milestone by exceeding two lakh units of production in India. It achieved the first lakh units in just 21 months and reached the two lakh units mark within 33 months. To commemorate this achievement, Mahindra has introduced two new colors for the SUV: Deep Forest and Burnt Sienna. While Deep Forest is already used in other Mahindra SUVs, Burnt Sienna is exclusively available for the XUV700
Mahindra XUV700 Highlights –
Mahindra XUV700 is currently available in various variants like MX, AX3, AX5, AX5 Select, AX7, AX7 Luxury, and AX7 Luxury Blaze Edition. The suv has been consumers choice since its launch, XUV700 boasts a range of features and tech like panoramic sunroof, large touchscreen infotainment screen, powered driver seats with memory function, car connected features and ADAS. Mahindra offers two powertrain options, a 2.0-litre turbo-petrol and a 2.2-litre diesel.
The turbo-petrol engine delivers an impressive 197bhp and 380Nm of torque. In contrast, the diesel engine generates 182bhp and a peak torque of 450Nm. For transmission, both engines are paired with a six-speed manual or a six-speed torque converter automatic gearbox. Additionally, the top-spec diesel variants feature an AWD system, enhancing its off-road capabilities.
