The fourth generation Maruti Swift has been officially launched in the country, with a starting ex-showroom price of Rs. 6.49 lakh. The updated model introduces a new petrol engine and various improvements. Additionally, the Swift offers two custom accessory packages for a personalised touch.
New Maruti Suzuki Swift Design and Colour Options –
From a design perspective, the 2024 Swift features a new front and rear bumpers, LED DRLs, LED projector headlamps, and a gloss black front grille. The car comes with LED fog lights, 15-inch diamond-cut alloy wheels, and new LED taillights. The colour palette includes new shades like Luster Blue and Novel Orange, along with existing options such as Sizzling Red, Pearl Arctic White, Magma Grey, and Splendid Silver. Furthermore, there are three dual-tone combinations available: Lustre Blue with a Midnight Black roof, Sizzling Red with a Midnight Black roof, and Pearl Arctic White with a Midnight Black roof.
New Maruti Suzuki Swift Interior –
The interior of the fourth-generation Maruti Swift gets a redesigned dashboard featuring Piano Black accents and Satin Matte Silver details, enhancing the overall look. The SUV is equipped with a nine-inch SmartPlay Pro+ touchscreen infotainment system, which supports wireless charging and phone mirroring. Other notable interior features include cruise control, rear AC vents, and 60:40 split rear seats.
New Maruti Suzuki Swift Safety Tech –
Moreover, the car is equipped with advanced safety features such as six airbags, electronic stability program (ESP), brake assist, and three-point seat belts with reminders for all seats. The Swift also includes a reverse parking camera and keyless entry.
New Maruti Suzuki Swift Powertrain –
Under the hood, the 2024 Maruti Swift houses a new 1.2-litre, three-cylinder, Z Series petrol engine that produces 80bhp and 112Nm of torque. Transmission options are available in the form of a six-speed manual gearbox and an AMT unit. Customers can choose from five different variants: LXi, VXi, VXi(O), ZXi, and ZXi+.
