Tata Motors has launched the Curvv EV in India, with prices starting at Rs. 17.49 lakh (ex-showroom). The prices for the Tata Curvv ICE version are yet to be announced and will be revealed on 2 September. In terms of design, the Tata Curvv features split headlamps and LED DRLs, alongside LED headlights and light bars at both the front and rear. Additionally, it sports flush-fitting door handles, dual-tone alloy wheels, LED taillights, and a sloping roofline.
Tata Curvv Powertrain Options –
The Tata Curvv ICE will be offered with three powertrain options: a 1.2-litre turbo-petrol, a 1.5-litre diesel, and a new 1.2-litre GDi turbo-petrol engine. The GDi turbo-petrol engine is capable of producing 123bhp and 225Nm of torque. Additionally, customers can choose between a six-speed manual and a seven-speed DCT unit for transmission. Interestingly, this marks the first time a DCT is being offered with a diesel engine in India.
