Toyota Kirloskar Motor has unveiled a new GX+ variant for the Innova Crysta, offering a base price of Rs 21.39 lakh. This variant of Toyota Innova Crysta is positioned between the existing GX and VX trims and includes several additional features over the GX version.Â
What is offered in GX+ Variant ?
The Innova Crysta GX+ comes with an array of upgrades, such as a rearview camera, automatic folding mirrors, a dash cam, and diamond-cut alloy wheels. Additionally, it features wooden interior panels and premium fabric seats for added comfort and style. According to Toyota, the new variant includes 14 new features in total, making it a more comprehensive choice than the lower GX variant. The GX+ is offered in both seven- and eight-seat options, priced at Rs 21.39 lakh and Rs 21.44 lakh respectively, which represents an increase of Rs 1.40-1.45 lakh over the GX variant.

Toyota Innova Crysta Powertrain –
The Toyota Innova Crysta remains mechanically unchanged, continuing to use its dependable 2.4-litre diesel engine, which delivers 150hp and 343Nm of torque. The engine is paired with a standard 5-speed manual gearbox.Â
Currently, the Toyota Innova Crysta is priced between Rs 19.99 lakh and Rs 26.30 lakh, positioned below the newer Innova Hycross in Toyota’s lineup. While it does not have a direct competitor in India, it does contend with the Kia Carens in the MPV segment.
